So, trying to lose a bunch of weight and finding food you actually want to eat is a bit challenging (Okay, really really freaking hard). I've been Googling like a mad women for some ideas and easy recipes to make my new diet a new lifestyle, instead of a diet. I eat a lot of grapefruit in the morning, 1. it's easy, 2. Broiled Grapefruit. I came across a lot of different versions of this & I liked hers the best, because it had ginger. I threw a little bit of my own taste in there & add cardamom to mine too!! She suggests to squeeze out extra juice after eating, which is the best part! After I'm done I take a cup and squeeze at all the juice I possibly can and drink it MMMMM!! So this is definitely a must try if you're into grapefruit, if not, you're missing out!
